I paid to have built and sold several homes in Lakeside, Arizona. I have purchased leased, managed, maintained and repaired several residential rental properties. In 1983 I started a small business known as Toliver's International which distributed Amway products and services. After a life changing motor vehicle accident, in 1987, I, in 1989, was the prominent person behind the formation and success of another small business known as Coffee & Things (the name was later changed to Katy's Finer Things). From 2002 through 2005 I suffered other life altering events, the effects of a divorce.
